Calling on IT Admins, Hardware Asset Managers, IT Directors, CTOs, business owners, and CFOs, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in high value solution-based dealmaking. Reporting to the Sales Director, your passion for technology, disciplined work ethic, ambition, self-motivation, and initiative will translate into continued sales success.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in your territory meeting quarterly metrics.
- Conduct solution-based sales consultations to understand business needs with decision makers.
- Present demos and effectively deliver sales proposals.
- Develop and nurture secondary sales channels to supercharge your sales growth.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and company team meetings.
- Manage sales pipeline through effective use of CRM tools.
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably with a background in “solution” sales within an IT environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Disciplined and effective in selling large accounts to IT or finance decision makers.
- Consultative mind-set with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Competitive, confident, and assertive with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
- Astute problem-solving abilities with the confidence to recommend best solutions.
- Determined and driven to succeed financially.
