Account Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
• Negotiate and close renewals to ensure the retention of existing customers.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of our software solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage Delivery team when new capabilities or customer enhancements are requested.
• Maintain consistent engagement with the customer throughout the project to ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver high-level product feature demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Communicate product enhancements to customers.
• Assisting in the customer onboarding/offboarding process.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM tool with current customer data.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, fully remote, and as a team to meet deadlines.
• Experience in technology-based industry.
• Experience in customer success or account management roles.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in business related field.
• In-depth understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Experience with sales enablement tools.
• Experience with subscription software account management.
